Our vision and mission is to help connect people to faith
We are a 501C3 organization with plans to extend to several other countries, spreading the gospel and delivering humanitarian aid by God’s grace. We have a church in Liberia, west Africa established 2020. Pastor Lawrence D. Cooper is current pastor of our Liberia subsidiary. We are believing God to expand rapidly around the world where possible. As a Bible believing church and followers of Jesus Christ, we prioritize both spiritual and physical needs of people. We are opened to partnering with donors who are willing to help us meet our goals.

Sr. Pastor and General Overseer
Pastor Emmanuel Kai is Senior Pastor and founder of Grace Sanctuary International Church. He has been in ministry for over 2 decades. Earlier in his Christian life, he worked for many churches in Liberia playing musical instruments and teaching music. He is happily married with 4 children to mother Coraline T. Kai. Their beautiful family lives in Coon Rapids Minnesota.
